What You’ll Do:

As a Fabricator/Welder, you’ll have multiple roles of creating parts from raw materials to final products using a shear, press brake, power roller and iron worker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use provided drawings to fabricate custom orders
  • Good communication with others while being a team player.
  • Assist various workstations within the shop as needed
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
  • Occasionally measure, cut, shape, and weld metal components

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone sharp, skilled, and ready to hit the ground running.

Must-Have Skills/Abilities:

  • Manufacturing shop experience
  • Proficient in MIG & TIG welding
  • Ability to operate Programmable Press Brake, Shear, Power Roller and Iron Worker
  • Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
  • Team player with solid problem-solving skills
  • Willing to assist with various shop tasks
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle physical work
  • Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and the ability to follow directions in a fast- paced environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
