The ideal candidate is hands-on, enjoys learning new skills, takes pride in quality work, and is willing to take initiative when solving problems. Whether operating machinery, supporting production needs, or diagnosing, you’ll play an important role in our daily operations.

What You'll Do
As a Fabricator / Maintenance Technician, you'll support both production and equipment reliability throughout the shop.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate and assist with fabrication, assembly, and shop projects as needed
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on sheet metal fabrication equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify practical solutions using available resources
• Welding experience is beneficial but not required

What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and enjoys solving problems in a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Ability to safely operate and work around manufacturing equipment and respond appropriately to warning signals, alarms, and verbal communication
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment requiring coordinated use of both hands
• Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness when identifying equipment issues and developing practical solutions using available resources
• Ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and working on or around machinery
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
